1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on gamehq, accessing the website, downloading our mobile application, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use gamehq services.

Players traveling outside the Philippines may experience service restrictions or temporary account access limitations.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You are not permitted to use gamehq services if you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into a binding agreement or from participating in online gaming activities. This includes but is not limited to individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services or have been prohibited by court order.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gamehq gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you must create a secure password. Your password must remain confidential, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials. gamehq will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any unsolicited communication.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, gamehq will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process involves submitting copies of identification documents such as a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and potentially a selfie holding your ID for identity confirmation purposes.

KYC verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted before completing KYC will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. gamehq reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must immediately notify gamehq customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. gamehq shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

You agree to log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for enhanced account security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

gamehq accepts deposits via multiple Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and InstaPay. All deposits must be made from accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

Deposits are typically credited to your gamehq account instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. There are no gamehq fees charged for deposits, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from legitimate sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available balance at any time, subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses claimed. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP.

gamehq processes withdrawal requests 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Most withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are completed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers typically clear within 24 hours. gamehq reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds before processing withdrawals and may request additional documentation.

gamehq does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. However, you are limited to a maximum of 3 free withdrawals per week. Additional withdrawals may be subject to a processing fee of ₱50 PHP per transaction.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

gamehq maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with Philippine financial regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger additional security reviews or documentation requests. gamehq reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Gameplay Rules and Regulations

5.1 General Gameplay Rules

All games available on gamehq use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealers to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures are available within each game's information section. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. All bets are final. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, all affected bets shall be void and refunded to your account balance. gamehq's decision regarding game outcomes and disputes is final.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the respective governing sports bodies (PBA, NBA, UFC, etc.). If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply and are outlined in our Sports Betting Rules section available on the platform.

Maximum and minimum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market. gamehq reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage betting, syndicate betting, or other unfair betting practices.

5.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional casino studios. You must maintain respectful communication in live chat. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior toward dealers or other players will result in chat restrictions or account suspension. Dealer decisions during live games are final and binding.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or other bonus-hunting behavior may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and voiding of associated winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 PHP bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 PHP in qualifying bets before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits, losses, and playing time. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for 24 hours (cooling-off period), though they can be decreased or removed immediately. We encourage all players to set limits appropriate to their personal circumstances.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gamehq and may result in immediate account termination, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other competitive games.
• Bot usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between gamehq and other platforms to guarantee profit.
• Fraudulent documents: Providing false, forged, or manipulated identification documents during KYC verification.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider after deposits have been used for gameplay.
• Money laundering: Using gamehq services to launder money or process funds from illegal activities.
• Game exploitation: Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain.

8.2 Syndicate and Professional Play

gamehq reserves the right to refuse service to professional gamblers, betting syndicates, or players engaged in commercial gambling operations. Accounts identified as engaging in non-recreational play patterns may be limited or closed at gamehq's discretion.

8.3 Investigation Rights

gamehq reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction at any time if we suspect violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. During investigations, accounts may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be delayed. gamehq may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide information as required by Philippine law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Account Closure by User

You may close your gamehq account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled and wagering requirements are verified.

9.2 Account Suspension or Termination by gamehq

gamehq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other players.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• Your account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated for breach of these terms, gamehq reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and winnings. If your account is closed for reasons not related to terms violations (e.g., voluntary closure, inactivity), your remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

10.1 Service Availability

gamehq strives to provide continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. gamehq shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10.2 Technical Issues and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, all affected bets shall be void and refunded to player accounts. gamehq's maximum liability for any technical error is limited to the amount of the specific affected bet(s).

10.3 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, gamehq's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 6 months preceding the claim. gamehq shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10.4 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of gamehq services should first be addressed through our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

gamehq reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of gamehq services after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to modified terms, you must discontinue use of gamehq services and may close your account.
